The harvested grapes are delicately de-stemmed. Soft grapes are then pressed and the must thus obtained is clarified by decanting; vinification continues with alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20° C) in stainless steel containers. Refermentation takes place at low temperatures in large pressurised tanks, with a minimum duration of six months, using the Charmat method.

Completing the range of our wines with freshness and vivacity is a Ribolla Gialla sparkling wine with a delicate fragrance. It too is an emblem of the most famous wine areas of Friuli where it has been present for over seven hundred years.

It presents a beautiful straw yellow colour with vague greenish reflections, with fine and persistent perlage. Fruity and harmonious fragrance. The taste is pleasant, fresh, moderately acidic.
Excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies shellfish and fish dishes.
