The harvested grapes are delicately de-stemmed. Soft pressing follows and the must thus obtained is clarified by decanting. The vinification continues with the alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (18-20° C) in stainless steel containers, which is interrupted and not carried out completely, so as to give the wine the fresh and sweet taste typical of the variety. The wine is then aged for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Moscato Giallo
I.G.T. (protected geographical indication) Tre Venezie
The homeland of the various Muscat wines is said to be Greece. As far back as Roman times, Cato spoke of them as “apianae” grapes, from the name of the bees that surrounded the most mature bunches, for the strong and intense fragrance that was released from them. Through the intervention of man and as a result of numerous crossings, real varieties were created: white, yellow, pink and red Muscat.
